Job summary

Qualifications

• At least four years of full-time experience in business/public administration focused on program management and analysis.
• At least one year must have been in a supervisory capacity.
• Substitutions: BA/BS may replace up to two years; graduate degree may replace up to three years.
• Education toward a degree prorated; substitutions not permitted for supervisory requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate district training, payroll, and related personnel processes.
• Assist with grievances, disciplinary issues, and labor relations.
• Ensure requisitions for new/backfill positions are accurate and timely.
• Liaise with MassDOT HQ on benefits, payroll, and policy matters.
