Ensuring investments supports State of Good Repair objectives and lifecycle management practices.

Performance management and compliance

Familiarity with TAM performance measures and annual target-setting processes.

Understanding the relationship between TAM activities, NTD reporting, and federal compliance requirements.

Supporting audits, oversight activities, and corrective action efforts related to federally funded programs.

Integration of TAM with CIP and STIP development

Ensuring that TAM priorities are reflected in CIP development, STIP programming, and capital funding recommendations.

Using TAM priorities to help guide decisions regarding project advancement, deferral, restructuring, or scaling when fiscal constraints require tradeoffs.

Coordinating asset management priorities with grant funding and other capital investment programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Transit Asset Management (TAM) planning, State of Good Repair programs, asset inventories, condition assessments, TAM target setting, or asset-based capital investment prioritization.
