Qualifications

• Experience reviewing invoices, contracts, reimbursements, procurement docs, and vendor records for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervisory experience leading fiscal, compliance, contract, or admin staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DHS Finance compliance reviews of contracts, invoices, and vendor records.
• Perform desk reviews, spot checks, and sample testing for proper documentation.
• Coordinate with program and fiscal managers on remediation and training.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly summaries for Finance leadership.
• Monitor contracts, amendments, and encumbrance support for DHS programs.
