R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is hiring for a SupplySight Field Service Representative / Warehouse Associate in Kansas City.

The role mixes field service duties with warehouse responsibilities, roughly 50/50, and involves visiting customer sites and processing orders in the warehouse. The position requires a high school diploma with a preferred Bachelor's in supply chain or related field, a valid driver license, and Hazmat certification or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain, merchandising or related field.
• Valid state driver license is required; Hazmat certification or ability to obtain within onboarding window is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Service SupplySight IM customers in the field and support core warehouse operations at the Kansas City location on a 50/50 field/warehouse split.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at customer facilities and maintain organized inventory per policy.
• Process and prepare SupplySight orders, load/unload, and assist with shipping/logistics.
• Safely operate forklift and warehouse equipment; ensure proper certifications and SDS are included with orders.
