R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative for a hybrid role in Kansas City, MO. You will split time between field service to IM customers and core warehouse operations.

The position starts with a 50/50 split, moving toward a full-time field role as volume and needs grow. Requires strong customer service, inventory control, and ability to work in both environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; bachelor's in supply chain preferred.
• Valid state driver license required.
• 1-year B2B Sales and/or Merchandising/Operations experience desired.
• Hazmat certification or ability to obtain within onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key customer personnel and improve the program.
• Deliver SupplySight program support at customer facilities.
• Answer questions, support product additions, updates or changes.
• Understand major product groupings to service and present solutions.
• Maintain organized inventory and proper labeling per policy.
• Coordinate with inside operations and outside sales for top customer support.
• Utilize company vehicle to resupply onsite IM programs and maintain inventory levels.
• Support order processing and preparation during warehouse days.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field

Hazmat Certification

Valid state driver license

1-year B2B Sales/ Merchandising / Operations experience
