Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a full-time Field Service Manager based at our Bridgeton, MO facility. The role will manage a team of Field Service Technicians, Engineers and Supervisors and can be in-person or hybrid.

You will lead field service across CONUS and international accounts, oversee budgets, safety, proposals, and cross-functional communication with customers, while supporting the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supervising field support teams and activities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Valid driver's license.
• U.S. Passport eligible/obtaining.
• Company credit card eligible.
• Excellent teambuilding and leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service engineers, representatives, and technicians across multiple accounts.
• Review and approve travel, purchase authorizations, foreign rental agreements, timesheets, and supplier invoices.
• Direct and ensure craftsmanship meets employer's values, strategies, and expectations.
• Ensure field support projects are scheduled, forecasted, and within budget.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operational protocols.
• Manage budget, cost and schedule input for design assignments.
• Participate in proposals and manpower planning.
• Attend engineering, customer or business meetings.
• Communicate clearly with company personnel and customers.
• Support the mission, values, and culture.
