Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for the Bridgeton, MO facility. The role combines in‑person and remote work options and oversees the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposals, negotiations, and ongoing administration.

The successful candidate will guide Integrated Product Teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage contract deliverables, pricing data, and cost controls while maintaining strong internal and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• NCMA CFCM/CPCM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting processes.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and administering contracting documents.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and manage agreements with customers/subcontractors/vendors.
• Review solicitation terms and amendments, ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Provide guidance to program teams on contract requirements and risks.
• Prepare and analyze major price proposals and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data submissions.
• Support export control processes and subcontract negotiations.
