Bayer SAS is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support Radiology across a designated territory, installing, maintaining, and repairing MEDRAD injection systems in clinical environments. Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Engineer, Biomedical Engineer, Medical Equipment Engineer, or Radiology Service Engineer.
• Experience supporting medical devices and radiology equipment in healthcare environments.
• Strong ability to read technical documents and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and support MEDRAD injection systems in the designated territory.
• Build relationships with hospital customers and clinical stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform safety testing, software upgrades, and equipment validations per regulations.
• Manage service inventory, tools, spare parts, and documentation with accurate records.
• Collaborate with service, sales, clinical, and technical teams to meet objectives and revenue targets.
• Travel extensively within the territory with occasional overnight stays.
