Job summary

BSN SPORTS is seeking a Field Sales Pro to drive full-cycle sales in the Sheboygan territory. You will build local client relationships, generate revenue, and deliver best-in-class service to coaches across schools and organizations.

The role is hybrid, requiring travel 2-5 days a week within the territory, with evenings/weekends possible. You’ll operate CRM-driven campaigns and contribute to a high-growth team that values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, preferably in sporting goods.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches across the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Manage CRM data, accounts, and activity tracking to support sales.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Travel within territory and to events as needed.
