Syneos Health in Boston is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to minimize reimbursement barriers and improve patient access to therapies. You will collaborate with regional directors, medical specialists, and HUB teams to educate offices on coverage and coding while driving site onboarding and pull-through.

The role requires strong cross-functional communication, 5+ years of pharma sales experience, and knowledge of payer structures, with travel including weekends as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device sales experience.
• Knowledge of Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy processes.
• Experience with Hubs, billing, coding, and appeals across physician types.
• Strong understanding of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid structures and reimbursement policies.

Mansioni

• Establish access and site of care options for patient treatment and infusion centers.
• Identify potential site of care locations and onboard sites.
• Ensure optimal patient access and patient-level pull-through.
• Monitor patient adherence and treatment continuity.
• Educate physician offices on coverage, coding, and product reimbursement.
• Coordinate daily case updates with HUB and communicate status to field partners.
• Distribute reimbursement materials and assist physician offices, infusion centers, and HUB partners.
• Demonstrate territory planning and time management within the geographic area.
