You will develop analytical tools, prepare reports, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining strong retailer relationships. Strong project-management and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in wireless retail operations.
• Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple business groups to drive field operations rollouts.
• Develop tools and reports to support new programs for stores.
• Lead regular calls with contributors to drive collaboration.
• Prepare operational reports by collecting and analyzing data.
• Create analytical dashboards and maintain ongoing reports.
• Debrief after projects, hold parties accountable, celebrate successes.
