Job summary

Boulder County Assessor's Department is seeking two temporary hourly Data Collectors to support property valuation through fieldwork, data entry, and footprint drawing. Work Schedule: 30-40 hours/week, Mon-Thu 7am-5:30pm; hybrid schedule at 1325 Pearl St, Boulder, CO.

Requires detail-oriented candidates with office experience and a valid Colorado driver’s license. Ending date: December 23, 2026. Hiring salary range starts at $25.00/hour for this hourly position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of office experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Field data collection and photographing properties.
• Draw building footprints using appraisal drafting software.
• Data entry and clerical duties.
• Research and identify properties and update records.
