Job summary

Boulder County is seeking two hourly Temporary Hourly Data Collector positions to support the Real Property Appraisal Supervisors. You will perform field data collection, drawings footprints, data entry, and related admin tasks in a team setting.

Positions are temporary, 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm, with a hybrid schedule from home and at 1325 Pearl St, Boulder, CO. Resident requirement: must reside in Colorado; ending date December 23, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in an office setting.
• Additional related education may count towards required experience.

Responsibilities

• Field work collecting property information and photographs of property in all areas of Boulder County.
• Drawing building footprints using appraisal drafting software.
• Performs data entry and clerical duties.
• Supports staff by researching, collecting, updating, and correcting information about properties.
• Performs related work, as required.
• May be reassigned during emergency situations
