Job summary

Boulder County Assessor's Department is hiring two hourly Temporary Data Collectors to support field work and data entry for property valuation, under the supervision of Real Property Appraisal staff.

Responsibilities include drawing building footprints, researching properties, and performing data entry with accuracy. Ideal candidates are detail oriented and customer service focused, with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' office experience.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to office tools.

Responsibilities

• Field work collecting property information and photographs.
• Draw building footprints using appraisal drafting software.
• Perform data entry and clerical duties.
• Support staff by researching, collecting, updating, and correcting information about properties.
• Perform related work as required.
