Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 2+ years in project controls, cost control, or financial analysis.
• Experience on multidisciplinary construction or industrial projects.
• Oil and gas experience with pipeline/terminal projects preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain field submissions for costs, budgets, progress and changes.
• Validate LE MS tickets and ensure accurate labor-hour reporting.
• Monitor daily project progress and change requests for variances.
• Analyze costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with Contractors for rates, estimates, and documentation.
• Validate invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project reports for teams and leadership.
