Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Field Control Analyst in Houston for a 12-month hybrid assignment.

You will record, track, and review field submissions related to cost, budget, and progress; manage invoices and LE MS tickets; ensure accuracy of reports with contractors and inspectors; interface with Accounts Payable in Oracle Cloud. The role requires a University degree and at least 2 years in cost/scheduling control, preferably in Oil & Gas; strong Excel; familiarity with Oracle or SAP;

Qualifications

• University degree or related construction/operational training.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in cost and scheduling controls.
• Oil and Gas industry experience preferred; industrial construction interfaces with engineering/procurement/commissioning.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency (v-lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with Oracle or SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Record, track and maintain field submissions related to cost, budget, progress and change.
• Review and record daily labor, equipment and material tickets for cost and man hours.
• Review daily scorecards and progress, report variances from estimates.
• Interface with contractors and inspectors to ensure accurate reports and documentation.
• Work in Oracle Cloud and coordinate with Accounts Payable for invoice coding and approvals.
