Genex Service LLC in Davenport, Florida is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager for a full-time hybrid role with local travel for in-person patient appointments. The position includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a comprehensive benefits program, and travel/reimbursement support as you coordinate treatment plans and assist return-to-work efforts.

Candidates must be an active RN with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, plus 2+ years of clinical practice; URAC-certified

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and competency in applying case management standards of practice.
• Use advanced knowledge of injury types, medications, comorbidities, and treatment options to advise on a plan.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to implement tailored treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties to aid early return to work.
• Evaluate and modify case goals based on progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases efficiently.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
