Job summary

Electrosonic is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site and remote technical service for installed AV and experiential systems in museums, transportation hubs, corporate facilities, and public venues. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex AV networks while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in AV systems, signal flow, control, audio, video, and basic networking.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, integrated systems independently and methodically.
• Ability to read and interpret system drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of AV and experiential technology systems.
• Execute service work in accordance with scope, contracts, SLAs, and safety standards.
• Identify root causes and determine corrective actions, including repair or escalation.
• Document service activities, findings, and recommendations in reports and tickets.
• Travel to customer sites and collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery.
