Job summary

The firm seeks a Procurement Specialist to support federal acquisition and contract management through requirements development, documentation, and reporting throughout the lifecycle.

Due to the nature of our federal work, handling of CUI and compliance requirements may be necessary.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 3–5 years supporting federal acquisition, contract management or related discipline.
• Experience developing and managing acquisition requirements, SOWs, work packages and pre-/post-award materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce executive-level materials.
• Ability to manage multiple acquisition actions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pre-award requirements, work packages, Statements of Work, acquisition strategies and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate requirements through internal review and approval processes and leadership reviews.
• Maintain contract data, tracking logs and SOPs with stakeholder feedback for process improvement.
• Provide post-award support including procurement packages, modification documentation and contract tracking.
• Prepare clear reports, guidance materials, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Support contractor personnel suitability tracking and operational reporting.
