Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Facilitation Specialist who supports information sharing, analysis, and operational coordination among external partners and internal cybersecurity offices to strengthen collaboration and guide strategic planning.

You will translate complex cybersecurity information into clear executive briefings and written products that inform leadership decisions and operational priorities, with awareness of safeguarding requirements for federal work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence and cybersecurity operations center processes.
• Experience supporting cyber incident response activities and working across both technical and policy environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information sharing, analysis, and operational activities across external partners and internal cybersecurity organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cybersecurity industry partners and other external stakeholders to support collaboration and information exchange.
• Analyze cybersecurity information and translate technical findings into clear, actionable information for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Develop and deliver executive briefings, reports, and other written products that support operational planning and strategic initiatives.
• Support coordination between technical and policy teams by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cybersecurity operations and information sharing.
