Aretum seeks a Facilitation Specialist to support information sharing and coordination among external partners and internal cybersecurity offices to strengthen collaboration and strategic planning.

The role translates complex cybersecurity information into clear executive briefings and written products that inform leadership decisions and operational priorities, while safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information as required, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence and cybersecurity operations center processes.
• Experience supporting cyber incident response activities and working across both technical and policy environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cybersecurity industry partners and other external stakeholders to support collaboration and information exchange.

• Support coordination between technical and policy teams by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cybersecurity operations and information sharing.

Job Summary

Aretum is seeking an Facilitation Specialist that supports information sharing, analysis, and operational coordination among external partners and internal cybersecurity offices to strengthen collaboration and support strategic planning. The Operations Facilitation Specialist will translate complex cybersecurity information into clear executive briefings and written products that inform leadership decisions and operational priorities.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

• Salary Range: $105,000–$125,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
