Job summary

One Medical is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Berkeley, CA primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.

Licensed in California with national certification and 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred. Tele-health visits and in-office procedures may be required; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Licensed in California by start date.
• In past 5 years, practiced as Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care with required experience.
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and perform tele-health visits as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Seek additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in extra states.
