Job summary

One Medical in Berkeley, CA is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our full-time primary care team. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and preventive visits, and deliver care in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health.

You will engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams, applying your clinical training and performing select in-office procedures.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• CA state licensure by start date.
• 5 years of outpatient primary care experience, or 2 years plus fellowship/urgent care mix.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams in daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training and perform select in-office procedures.
• Pursue additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in other states.
