Responsibilities

• Contact vendors, obtain quotes, and organize findings for review.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff to address facility needs.
• Assist with new office openings, relocations, and setup.
• Maintain facility records, contracts, and inventories.
• Create and maintain internal trackers and reports.
• Prepare clear summaries for leadership review.
• Travel up to 20% for new site openings as needed.
