Job summary

West Virginia University is seeking a Facilities Operations Systems Specialist (Hybrid) to support the administration and testing of Facilities Operations (FO) systems, develop reporting, and coordinate with users across campus. Under supervision, you will assist with test plans, identify system enhancements, and help implement FO projects while streamlining workflows and ensuring best practices.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience researching and applying technical solutions for operations.
• Experience with ERP design, configuration and administration.
• Experience with eProcurement and BI Publisher reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with FO systems admin, tests, and results documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to provide FO tech solutions.
• Assist in FO systems projects implementation.
• Identify functionality issues and help develop solutions for end users.
