This hands‑on position requires independence, problem‑solving, and the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision. Expect collaboration with HR and leadership on evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workplace, office, facilities, people operations, or HR operations.
• Organized, mature, and able to exercise strong judgment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing up.
• Flexible and open to expanding responsibilities beyond facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace and facilities needs, including supplies, vendors, budgets, and office operations.
• Support multiple U.S. and international locations and coordinate across time zones.
• Assist with HR operations, onboarding, contractor processes, and internal projects.
• Identify and resolve issues independently while knowing when to elevate.
• Partner with HR and leadership on evolving operational needs.
