Job summary

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency in Huntington Beach, CA, seeks an Account Executive, Experiential to join the Genesis team. This role focuses on execution and administrative support for experiential activations and events.

You will collaborate with the account, production and creative teams, manage pre-production tasks, vendor coordination and on-site event execution with occasional travel, while growing your project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ad agency experience in event planning, onsite production, and account management.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Passion for live events across sports, lifestyle and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist account team with experiential marketing campaigns for the Genesis program, focusing on activations and events.
• Coordinate pre-production tasks including vendor research, merchandise procurement, and event communications.
• Maintain client communications, meeting plans, recaps, and call notes.
• Support program reconciliation: vendor onboarding, invoice processing and budget tracking.
