• Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field
• 15+ years of experience including 7+ years in management of large, complex teams and programs
• Deep expertise in portfolio management, strategic planning, risk/resource management, and drug discovery/development

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to cross-functional teams
• Mentor senior program managers
• Drive resource optimization and organizational design
• Represent the portfolio on governance and senior leadership forums
• Ensure integration of research, development and commercialization aligned with Disease Area Strategy Teams (DST)
