Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Typically 15+ years of experience including 7+ years in management.
• Experience leading global teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to cross-functional teams across research, clinical and marketed products.
• Lead and mentor Senior Directors and PPM staff across disease areas.
• Drive resource allocation to deliver portfolio priorities and optimize efficiency.
• Set strategy and oversee decision-making for high-priority programs.
• Represent PPM on governance forums and senior leadership discussions.
• Propose process improvements to maximize operational excellence.
• Oversee budgets and headcount for expanded teams.
