Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, WA seeks a Program Coordinator - Events to support the Planning and production of fundraising events throughout the year. This is a hybrid, on-site role with a minimum two days per week on our South Lake Union campus.

Responsibilities include guest registration, sponsorship tracking, auction fulfillment, donor communications, logistics coordination, and essential administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in nonprofit or events is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support event production tasks including registration, sponsorship tracking, auction fulfillment, and logistics.
• Coordinate day-of event logistics, set up, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Assist with volunteer recruitment/training and donor communications.
• Provide general administrative support and manage budgets/data entry.
