The NWS Events Marketing Specialist supports planning and delivery of regional events, working with the Events Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality attendee experiences. You will coordinate registrations, sponsorship deliverables, logistics, and post-event reporting, while maintaining records and budgets.

This hybrid role requires two in-office days in Westmont, IL and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of event planning and tradeshow experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and lead tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate regional events and tradeshows.
• Prepare briefs, schedules, packing lists, and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate registrations, sponsorship deliverables, and vendor communications.
