Job summary

BTI in Washington, DC is seeking an AV/VTC Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute audiovisual productions for EEOC and related events, including hybrid meetings, town halls, and webinars. You will liaison among customers, presenters, IT teams, AV technicians, and vendors to ensure flawless audio, video, streaming, and presentation experiences.

The role requires hands-on management of AV/VTC systems, production plans, run-of-show, rehearsals, and post-event reviews, with a focus on

Qualifications

Experience coordinating enterprise AV/VTC operations.
Experience supporting executive meetings, conferences, webinars, town halls, and other high-visibility events.
Familiarity with Teams, Zoom, Webex and other UC platforms.
Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL).
Ability to coordinate multiple vendors, contractors, and staff for complex events.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, production, coordination, and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
Serve as primary production lead for executive meetings and large scale events.
Develop production plans, timelines, run-of-show, cue sheets, and checklists.
Coordinate rehearsals, sound checks, and equipment testing.
Monitor events in real time and coordinate troubleshooting and contingencies.
Coordinate post-event reviews and lessons learned to improve processes.
