The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of event-related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Zoom, Cvent/CrowdCompass, and PowerPoint. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years related work experience.
• Advanced Zoom Meeting and Zoom Video Webinar knowledge.
• Experience with event registration systems (Cvent, CrowdCompass preferred).
• Experience producing live and virtual events with basic tech direction.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. and flexible hours.
• Independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class event experiences for associates, clients, and prospects.
• Create and manage budgets, timelines, and workplans; lead planning meetings.
• Collaborate with business partners to drive deliverables.
• Source speakers and vendors; manage complex event logistics.
• Produce both in-person and virtual events with solid tech direction.
