Responsibilities

• Manage attendee communication and registration (hotline, email, mailings).
• Manage event database including data entry, proofing and reports.
• Compose, proof and edit website, virtual platform, and marketing materials.
• Perform administrative tasks such as cross-checking, data transfer, shipping and inventory.
• Research destinations and venues to support planning.
• Coordinate with vendors for transportation, hotel and activities for in-person events.
• Take notes during client calls and provide meeting recaps.
• Support onsite event execution with coordination and problem solving.
