Placements24 is seeking an Event Catering Coordinator to join our client's vibrant team in a hybrid capacity. You will manage client inquiries, design menus, coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors, and oversee setup and breakdown for a range of catered events.

The role requires exceptional organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to work remotely for planning and on-site during events. A passion for food and guest experience is essential.

• Previous experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Liaise with vendors for rentals, staffing, and other event necessities.
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth service delivery and client satisfaction, with some remote administrative tasks involved.
