Job summary

JBS International is seeking an Evaluation and Data Analyst to support research and evaluation projects focused on national service and public health. The role involves data collection, dataset preparation, analysis, and creating visualizations and client-ready reports.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. The position is hybrid, requiring at least two onsite days per week at our San Mateo, CA or North Bethesda, MD offices, with collaboration across multiple teams and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Sociology, Community Psychology, Statistics, or a similar field
2 years of experience with 1 year focused on quantitative survey research
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with SAS/R or similar packages; Python and SQL

Responsibilities

Assist with data collection, including survey administration and participant tracking
Prepare and clean datasets; perform quality checks and documentation
Run descriptive analyses and support quantitative analyses using SAS, R, Python, or Stata
Create tables, charts, dashboards in Excel and Power BI to communicate findings
Support reporting, literature reviews, and preparation of client-ready materials
