Job summary

JBS International seeks an Evaluation and Data Analyst to support research on national service and public health. You will assist data collection, prepare datasets, run analyses, and develop visuals and client-ready reports.

The role is hybrid, with at least two days onsite per week at either our San Mateo, CA or North Bethesda, MD offices. Strong data skills and experience with surveys are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with quantitative survey research and data collection.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, Python, or similar statistical tools.
• Ability to create and interpret data visualizations and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support survey administration, tracking, and data collection activities.
• Clean, organize, and prepare datasets; maintain data dictionaries.
• Perform descriptive analyses and create visuals in Excel and Power BI.
• Assist in reporting, briefs, and client-ready analytic summaries.
