Job summary

JBS International is seeking an Evaluation and Data Analyst to support research on national service and public health. You will collect data, prepare datasets, perform analyses, and develop visualizations and client-ready deliverables.

The role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and proficiency with SAS, R, Python, and SQL, plus experience with surveys and data management. The position is hybrid, with two onsite days at San Mateo, CA or North Bethesda, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant social science or statistics field.
• 2 years of experience including 1 year of quantitative survey research.
• Experience with SAS, R, Python, SQL, and survey platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, surveys, and participant tracking.
• Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for analysis and quality checks.
• Create tables, charts, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare analytic summaries and client-ready materials.
