Job summary

The Community Hope Center (CHC) in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an ESOL Program Manager to provide operational and administrative leadership for the adult English language learning program. You will manage class scheduling, staffing, data collection, and grant reporting, working closely with the Executive Director to align operations with grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adult learners, immigrants, or underserved communities.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Familiarity with ESOL programming or WIOA Title II is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ESOL program operations, including scheduling and session logistics.
• Coordinate staffing and instructor assignments for classes.
• Maintain enrollment procedures, testing, and level placement.
• Ensure confidential student records and data entry accuracy.
• Prepare reports for funders and support grant compliance.
