Job summary

We Are CASA is seeking an ESOL Program Coordinator to lead our Workforce ESOL and Life Skills ESOL programs across multiple Metro MD sites. You will work closely with the Education Department to ensure high-quality ESOL programming for adult learners and coordinate with partners to support immigrant communities.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of ESOL teaching experience, strong English/Spanish proficiency, and experience using Salesforce and Google Suites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years teaching ESOL or related adult education experience.
• TSOL Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish required; French fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Saturday in-person ESOL classes and Workforce virtual morning classes.
• Train instructors in Popular Education and ensure proper application.
• Maintain data in Salesforce for enrollment, attendance, and reporting.
• Conduct teacher orientations and ongoing trainings.
• Recruit, register, and support ESOL students across multiple sites.
