Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive ERP standardization across North American plants and lead planning, scheduling, and purchasing initiatives. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to improve inventory, service levels, and supplier performance.

You will travel to manufacturing sites to train schedulers and buyers/planners, ensuring disciplined planning and execution with measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in a supply chain role with ERP planning, scheduling, purchasing.
• Strong background in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, purchasing and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and problem‑solving initiatives across North American plants for planning, scheduling, and purchasing.
• Drive ERP utilization and standard processes across sites.
• Identify gaps in ERP use and data alignment; coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop standard work to improve forecast-driven planning, scheduling, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Partner with site teams to optimize inventory levels, MOQs, and material availability.
• Monitor KPIs for planning accuracy, inventory health, and on‑time delivery.
• Travel to plants to train schedulers and buyers/planners.
