Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a supply chain role with ERP experience (planning, scheduling, purchasing).
• Strong background in production planning, scheduling, inventory, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and problem-solving initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and purchasing across North American plants, with potential global scope.
• Drive consistent ERP utilization and adherence to standard processes across sites.
• Identify process gaps, inconsistent ERP use, and data misalignment; coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop standard work to improve forecast-driven planning, production scheduling, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Partner with site teams to optimize inventory levels, MOQs, and material availability.
• Monitor KPIs related to planning accuracy, inventory health, and on-time delivery.
• Travel to plants to train, coach, and support schedulers and buyers.
• Develop and deliver training materials, standard work, and best practices.
• Act as change agent to reinforce disciplined planning and execution behaviors.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving to resolve material, capacity, and service issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects with scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track progress, risks, and outcomes; provide executive-level reporting.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvements in performance and consistency.
