Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive ERP standardization, training, and cross‑functional collaboration across North American plants.

This hybrid, on‑site role requires traveling to educate schedulers and buyers, lead improvement projects in planning, inventory, and supplier performance, and partner with sourcing to align ERP parameters with contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain role with experience in ERP systems (planning, scheduling, purchasing) and manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong background in production planning and scheduling, inventory management, and purchasing and supplier performance.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to support multifaced business requirements established by each Segment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and problem-solving initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and purchasing across North American plants, with potential global scope.
• Drive consistent ERP utilization and adherence to standard processes across sites.
• Identify process gaps, inconsistent ERP use, and data misalignment; coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop standard work to improve forecast-driven planning, production scheduling, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Partner with site teams to optimize inventory levels and safety stock strategies, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and material availability and production readiness.
• Monitor KPIs related to planning accuracy, inventory health, and on-time delivery.
• Travel to manufacturing plants to train, coach, and support schedulers and buyer/planners.
• Develop and deliver training materials, standard work, and best practices.
• Act as a change agent to reinforce disciplined planning and execution behaviors.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving to resolve material, capacity, and service issues.
• Lead cross-functional projects with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track progress, risks, and outcomes; provide executive-level reporting.
• Ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvements in performance and consistency.
