Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive ERP standardization, planning optimization, and supplier performance across North American plants. This on-site/hybrid role requires travel to trains schedulers and buyers, implementing best practices and measuring outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve scheduling, purchasing, and inventory, ensuring disciplined planning and execution with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a Supply Chain role with ERP experience.
• Strong background in production planning, scheduling, inventory management and supplier performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and work in a hybrid/onsite setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and problem-solving across planning, scheduling, and purchasing.
• Drive ERP utilization and standard processes across sites.
• Identify data gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop standard work to improve forecast-driven planning and service levels.
• Optimize inventory levels, MOQs, and material availability.
• Monitor KPIs for planning accuracy, inventory health, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with sourcing and purchasing to align ERP with supplier agreements.
• Travel to plants to train schedulers and buyers/planners and provide coaching.
