Job summary

Banda Group International is seeking a Project Manager II to support Los Alamos National Laboratory’s ERP modernization, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing workstreams. The role is hybrid, with onsite visits about once weekly in Los Alamos and Santa Fe, NM.

Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in a relevant field, 10+ years of PM experience including engineering/procurement/construction, and strong leadership and communication skills. DOE/regulated environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/scientific or related discipline, or specialized project management coursework with relevant experience.
• Ten years of relevant work experience, at least five in engineering, procurement, or construction.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead project teams across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement and technical functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports and documentation.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with owners, technical teams, leadership, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Support project controls, cost and schedule performance monitoring and EVMS processes.
