Banda Group International (BGI) is seeking a Project Manager II to lead ERP modernization efforts for LANL, with a focus on supply chain and manufacturing workstreams. The role is hybrid, with onsite work about once per week in Los Alamos and Santa Fe, NM.

Local candidates are preferred and the position requires coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or related field, 10 years of relevant experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or related discipline, or specialized project management coursework with relevant experience.
• Ten years of relevant work experience, including at least five years in engineering, procurement, or construction.
• Thorough knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Experience managing project deliverables, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a complex project environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring completion within established scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead project teams and coordinate activities across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and technical functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with business owners, technical teams, program leadership, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Support project controls, cost and schedule performance monitoring, and EVMS processes as applicable.
• Manage project resources and facilitate the transition of completed deliverables to operations and maintenance teams.
