Job summary

Banda Group International (BGI) seeks a Project Manager to lead ERP modernization efforts for Los Alamos National Laboratory, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing workstreams. The role manages cross-functional teams, milestones, budgets, and risks in a complex, matrixed environment.

Hybrid work with on-site presence about once per week in Los Alamos and Santa Fe, NM; local candidates preferred. Requires a strong PM background and DOE/federal project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific, or related discipline, or PM coursework with relevant experience.
• Ten (10) years of relevant work experience, including at least five (5) years in engineering, procurement, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Experience managing deliverables, risks, and corrective actions.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead project teams across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and technical functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with owners, technical teams, leadership, and vendors to maintain alignment.
• Support project controls, cost and schedule monitoring, EVMS processes as applicable.
• Manage resources and transition completed deliverables to operations.
