Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC in Los Alamos, NM is seeking a Project Manager 2 to drive ERP modernization within the supply chain and manufacturing workstream for LANL. Hybrid work model combines telework with onsite collaboration.

The role requires 4+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across business and IT teams. Local candidates only; DOE/ security considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience; IT project delivery.
• PMI/Agile credentials (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe) or equivalents.
• Excellent communication and leadership with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing environments, ERP systems, and related processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage and complete multi-disciplined supply chain and manufacturing projects of low‑to‑moderate complexity.
• Provide leadership across full project lifecycle using PM methodologies and tools.
• Oversee project teams in planning, tracking, and execution; facilitate transitions at project close.
• Develop and maintain charters, PM plans, schedules, and technical docs.
• Coordinate with business owners, SMEs, and technical teams for delivery of products and projects.
• Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; elevate impacts as needed.
• Partner with customers to define expectations and mutual responsibilities.
• Translate PM concepts for diverse audiences within supply chain/manufacturing.
