Job summary

Banda Group International is seeking a Project Manager to support LANL's ERP modernization, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing workstreams. The role requires coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams in a hybrid onsite setting in New Mexico.

The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, EVMS familiarity, and a track record of delivering charters, plans, and performance reports to leadership. Local candidates are preferred for weekly onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field with ~10 years experience.
• At least 5 years in engineering/procurement/construction or related function.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost estimating, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with EVMS tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage supply chain and manufacturing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across business, IT, technical, and vendor organizations.
• Develop and maintain project charters, project management plans, schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, and budget; identify variances and implement corrective actions.
