Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in youth-serving, juvenile justice, or human services programs.
• Experience leading or supporting program, operational, or reform initiatives.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Experience using data or performance information to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct systemic reform initiatives to reduce racial and ethnic disparities in the youth justice system.
